First of all Sash and Sasha are two totally different styles. 2ndly Sasha recieve's much more recognition worldwide. So there, ive said my peace.

aside from the name they couldn't be on more opposite ends of the trance spectrum!!!! sash is total dancy (almost not even trance), while sasha is like total trance. not too hard, not too uplifting, just trance!

I would have to say without a doubt that the Sasha New Years Eve 2001 set in Bondi Beach Austrailia is the best that I've heard in a long time. Although my favorite mix out there right now would have to be Digweed's 0019 in LA. But not to get off the subject of Sasha, check out his New Years set from 2001.

producer (but of more eurodancey stuff). And Sasha is easily one of the most over rated DJs out there.

But if I were a DJ and changed my name,I'd pick Paul Oakenfield or Dj Tiesti.

You guys are so narrow-minded. Adelante is a wicked track and I bet Sash has more quality tracks. I'm not a fan of his either, but adelante proves that he does have style.

everyone here thinks that sasha is god or something..I see nothing special with sasha..only good track i liked from him is Xpander...i am sure he is a good DJ..I still say that sash's Adelante is better than anything SASHA has ever made..hate me or not..

Why is it illegal to listen to Sash! at this board?? I've been through this subject before, and it seems that every time some producer strikes gold it implies that the track(s) stinks! Well, I - for one - enjoy listen to ATB - 9PM. I like to go nuts listening to Sash! - Encore Une Fois and Ecuador. I'd even go as far as saying that Porn Kings - Amour, is one of the most bangin' tracks ever produced, and that BBE broadened the minds of a lot of my friends.

But here's the catch: I go absolutely insane listening to a Picotto-set, the Sasha - Expander EP is the best investment I ever made and Yves Deruyter has yet to let me down. Can anybody please tell me how to narrow down my musical tastes to an absolute minimum, so I too can trash anybody who likes Sash!???

Hey, listen to whatever you want, we all have certain groups that we enjoy that the majority of out peer group completely despise. And nobody is going to hunt you down and delete or destroy all your Sash! <--(that exclamation point is too much) stuff. Do whatever you want, but remember that we are all more manly cause we bash Sash! and embrace a man named Sasha. haha. Can ANYONE say anything on this board at all, few of us spin better than Sasha, or produce better than Sash! for that matter. And also - once again by comparing these two people you get groups from opposite ends of the electronic spectrum, so of course youll get some btiching - cause its FUN! peace.

I'm with you 100%....But it is a little odd that Sash chose a name that completely resembles the name Sasha...Even if his name is Sash, it takes some big kahunas' and it's a little on the cheap side to keep that name when one out of the worlds top 3 dj's/producers has the name Sasha.
