Trying to find a track

I have been trying to find a track that I heard a couple of years ago.... It starts with a low bass roll and then some bongo type drums in a repetitive rythem. Then a man starts a dialogue about House Music. On of the lines is, "Do you remember where you were the first time you heard house music?"

The song is a very cool dreamlike track.......hopefully this rings a bell with someone.
