Hey now, that would get the point across better then sliced bread. Besides, a lot of people have allergies to bread and it is high in carbs....

the bread slicing machine just slices bread. the slice bread can be eaten easier, made into sammidges, folded over for half sammidges.... more uses.

I disagree, "the bread slicing machine" is more efficient then slicing the bread with a knife, however, it is not necessary. Subsequently, the machine is a convienance but certainly not worthy of being considered "the greatest thing since...".
