I was at Cheers Sports Bar, and it was all 100 percent red!

Everything seemed to go on a bad start, I lost my fuckin phone and we were one nil down in the first minute and then soon to be 3 nill!!!

Then...what the friggin hell happened, was just...well theres no words to describe it.

Anyways about hundreds of Liverpool fans danced and sang on George st and stopped traffic for about 45 minutes, and then the cops came.

they really seemed to step it up a notch on the european stage! Milan's old backline couldnt handle liverpool in the second half, haha how funny was dudek in goal with the shakey legs LOL !!

i am no means a liverpool supporter but it is great to see them back ontop, with any luck they can carry this onto next year and compete for the title, i think they can do it now that cisse, alonso are both back, and if morientes pulls his finger out of his f ucking a rse

rafa benitez is definatly a manager more skewed towards the big occasions and european comps, i believe he got valencia to the final 2 years and won the uefa cup with them another.

got up at 4:30 to watch this game, definatly didnt disapoint, probs the best final in recent history, have to go back to man united beating bayern munich a few years back in the last minute injury time

love the guy to death and when he is hot, he is absolutely unstoppable. he went missing for a while there in the first half but didnt he kill it in the second half. not only is he a champ midfielder, he is a brilliant fullback, and anyone whoe can defend as well as score goals rates above anyone in my book. that being said i dont believe we've seen the best out of him.

'Best in the World' is quite the title, but for somebody who's form has been up and down in the premiership like a roller coaster he doesnt deserve 'best in the world'. I remember a few years back when Viera totally outplayed him in the 2001 FA cup final won by Liverpool, I look at him now and his absolutely grown from back then...and I remember telling Beckham fans 3 years ago...that Steven Gerrard is the best midfielder in the world.

Sometimes he can be too passionate that he overdoes the job, which led to him being a villain in the Carling Cup final against Chelsea. He ran all the way across the box to clear a Chelsea set piece, when Carragher/Riise were going to clear it, that led to an own goal.

Either than that I love his passionand commitment to Liverpool. If I had a favourite player...it would be Gerrard.
