I am translating an article about meditation. There are several sentences I can't figure out.

(1)"Creation of Space"

(2)"Letting Go of Reaction Response"

(3)"Relaxation Based Anxiety release"

(4)"Incorporation of Obsession Disassociation"

(5)"Attitude Adjustment"

(6)"Temper reduction"

(7)"Having Movement"

Can anyone give me a hint what these mean?

my guess for number 2 is when someone says "BOO!" you respond with "I AM A FUCKING ROCK SOLID WALL!"

I imagine the meaning of many of these depends on context, so you need to post them in context to get an accurate translation... is the article in soft copy? you should just post the whole thing.
