what will you do with your neighbor's about making a noise when you practicing on your deck's at home ?

mix with headphones... or move. you won't win this one unless the people are old and they are going to die soon, plus it shows bad on future applications if the po's do come and cite you for noise. and once they come 1 time, they'll come back (this is my experience with places i've lived here in the US, not sure where your from)

in your case, you could definitly play the racial profiling card but the validity of it might be shaken a bit if you said the whole part about firebombing their house haahaha
