as usual, great stuff. very laidback feeling to it. I also really like the break in the middle!
keep it up man!
when are you going to make a tune of your own again plz? =)
(btw, your website is down)

i don't like it, the vocal placement & effects are not done right and it all feels to rushed and the break is to long for it's own good. lee coombs mix will always be the best remix

Great stuff as always michi!
The vocals sound a bit too pitched up for my taste, but I like it nevertheless

Another high quality remix.

Smooth nice and chilled.

Like that harsh bass there.

EQ/Mastering is great imo.

The vocals, which at around the breakdown part, are off-sync with the overal track....plus they seem too low in terms of volume compared to everything else.

Maybe highering up the volume a touch and also adding reveerb (not too much) would make the vocals stand out and sound more powerful.

Also, after the breakdown, when the main lead hits, bass is lacking a bit. No punch in terms of bass.

Layering a low sub-bass (as a string maybe) may def add more emotion and power to the track.

Overall though, I like this remix, love that chilled progressive sound.

Good work mich.

Well pretty much every con has been exposed, but besides that , as a listener I really enjoy the chillness of the track

despite being sometimes out of sync with the vocals part, this is still a top production i love it anyways. great song mate it didnt really matter as people here take the music elements seriously and look for faults, i would notice anything but a good production from this if i were anywhere else.

dling. btw, updating my links page with your site info (im a little slow sometimes)

not bad, better than the last remix you did. nothing much to comment. just little things, not worth picking at.

Thanks for your comments...
Ok, concerning the sync problem: Well, something was strange with the acapella...it didn't seem to have a constant tempo...i had problems synchronizing every single part of it. However i thought i made it as good as possible...maybe i have to try again then.

Have you tried cutting up the acapella into different parts 1 by 1 via wavlab or some program as that ?

Maybe dividing the acapella into several pieces and placing them individually at the right seconds may work.

Sure i always do it that way. I cut out the first part of the lyrics (at the right position of course = 16 bars)....original is between 135 and 138 bpm....have to try again i think. Will post an updated version

Very interesting take you did on this song It's different than the Lee Coombs version which is my favourite, but this one really gives a new feeling to the original. Great production

The Lee Coombs Rmx is one of my all time favourites, can't wait to hear your version,

feedback soon

edit: nice interpretation of crystal , the guitar part (break) is nice, but I think the vocals are a little bit async in this part.
Good work !

Agreed, I could easily imagine Markus Schulz playing this track in one of his killer prog sets.

Track needs some work though, mostly EQ/Volume-wise.

Bump up the vocals, add depth to the bass, and bump up the kick drum just a bit, sync the vocals.

A low "humming" sub-bass would sound cool when the lead/finale hits too.

Can't wait for the final piece, surely blast it in my car
