hey guys,
recently i switched from reason to logic, and now i'm back with a new production, a remix i made from a great track called Six Senses - Inner Thoughts, please let me know what you think of it!
unfortunately, i can only post a low bitrate clip, due to some label issues maybe, but i hope you will like it!

Six Senses - Inner Thoughts (Peter Safranyos 'Mainroom' Remix)
any feedback, comments would be really much appreciated!
thanks for listening to it,
Peter
hey pete!
im listening:
- nice synths aas always
- great guitar
- i like the bass, but still a bit weak
- perc is nice but a little soft
- melodies are cool!
anyway i like it so far mate ! keep it up, cant wait to hear the final version
take care mate
-Renco
as always, great work from you peter. lovely lead lines and awesome fx in the b/g .. hmm the guitar almost reminds me of 'love poison' at the start of the phrase =).
great work man
Hee Pete,
Listening to it again and again and again. I like this a lot. Very different approach to the original.
-Nice drive in the track.
-Great effect in the break, it really flows well
- maybe you could filter that synth in the break a little bit more around 1.20, it's a little bit abrupt.
- This is mainroom stuff!
overall, very good job! Cheers Mate!
Greetz,
Sebastiaan
great guitar, great interpretation (borrowing some synths off your brother eh
)
-the bass is weak. i'd recommend adding a layer or two, and possibly a bass wave.
-the kick can use a bit more volume and tweak it a bit more to get it sounding right, it sounds a tad flat, sharpen it a bit in the first 1/3.
-during the breakdown, that WHOOOOM bass, dude, redo that, it can be quite effective when used right and used sparingly. Get the volume up on it and eq it.
-agreed, the 1:20 mark is adrupt/bad.
-that effect/synth in the background during the breakdown before 1:20, would be nice if could hear it better. is it supposed to be like ocean/water? i would consider, although could be a very bad idea, maybe adding some seagulls (those would remind me of Blackwatch - Northsky
)
all in all, loving it.
ASOT ! [ASOT]!

Can't really say too much about this track Pete. Apart from the guitar in the break sounding a bit weak, (low fi) and the snare rolls sounding a bit too loud, everything sounds ASOT awesome.
Hey Peter!
Real Safranyos sounding track again. I shall try to look through the low bit-rate here.. and it seems that your switch has brightened up the mixing a bit, good thing! Bass has more power, good thing! Sounds are better defined. Nice track to remix too, and the result is pretty good.
I'd look at the kick one more time though, it seems a bit ploppy and concentrated at a certain frequency band too much.. Try to phatten it a bit! Also take a look at highs ends of the hats and some of the synths, I like some more high end to get a tad more crisp sound (this could also be the bitrate though). And at the end the guitar is hardly recognizable..
Few tweaks I'd say and tadaaa.. great track
-Jeroen
Looking good so far pete! Cant wait to hear the final version!
peace

The sound of Pete Safranyos
-Very Travelling Guitar.. it makes me fly
-Nice BreakDown
-Very Progressive mix.. ur style hehe
-The panning snare roll is too much..IMO
-Offbeat Lack of power
Overall.. Nice Stuff!
Cheers!
PS:Sorry if it is too harsh

this is great stuff... it has all the ellements i need in a track...
Well done!!

Oh my God, those guitar melodies are beautiful mate as the rest of the track is.
Great work so far.
Hi Mate,
fantastic track here again.very uplifting and great melo.looking forward to hear full baby.

Sounds great overall! I think a lot of the things others have mentioned may be due to the low bitrate???? The only thing I really here is that melody cuts off quite hard at 1:20 like it was cut off too soon or something. But overall great work!
awesome remix to be honest, very nice synth and excellent melodies!, great ambience. Only comment is the bass which seems a tad to simplistic.
pretty cool. good full composition. you need to crispen up a lot of the elements + give them clarity in the mix as the percs/bass/kick are very weak
Hey Peter!
Love the work you did on this one, nice summery feel to it. Love ths synths you used, give it a very uplifting feel.
I have my doubts about the bassline, I think it needs more fatness or something to fill it all up below. The guitar is awesome, I'd only love it to be a bit less 'mono' sounding, perhaps some stereo enhancement would be nice.
Greetz,
Wim
heh nice track.
youre pretty good with all these peaceful builds and melodies.
yeh bass and instruments sounding kick ass.
good song.
Nice guitar!!! Melodies are chilled... Very easy to listen to.. I recon your bass has a good sound, though the bassline is too easy imo.
Good one (y)
I dont usually listen to clips but....
This sounds cool...I like the guitar break, although couldnt help myself thinking of ATB....
sounds excellently arranged and produced....so whats ur story...r u licensed to a label?
hey I like this a lot, it's got lots of flavor, the synths are very catchy. Very nice, this track could just go on and on. : ^)
Peace, Love and Chicken grease,
-Alex
Hey man,
This is going really cool, I agree about the drums, at parts you can barely notice them, other than that is flowing beautifuly
.
Kopi =o.
Hi Bro,
Actually I do not really like the buildup synths, I guess you should rethink notes pattern. According to Wim you need to tweak the synths in the breakdown a bit. The main part is quite cool. Keep on.
awesome as always, just try to do a better equalisation of main leads, and i think better overall compresion...this tune rocks!
