ive got a simple question why is that on some pics of the ttx1 the pitch is along the bottom of the deck like this

and on others its on the side of the deck like this

Its probably a stupid question with a simple answer but thought id ask anyway.

Looks to me like the 2 plates at right angles are interchangeable...

Yup, thats spot on - you can swap around the pitch plate & the button plate.

Yea looks like the panel the fader and buttons are on can be swapped obviously for turntabalist or mixing
