I believe the cops made a appropriate action. She got what she diserved...
that was preatty crazy... i thought tasers were for defense incase cops were in danger...?

He was right to use it the first time. However once she was on the floor out of the car there was no need for a second zap. Those officers were more than big enough to deal with her once she was down.

the cops in chicago used a tazer on a kid and killed him. i dont think they allow them carry them anymore. if you ask me, tazers are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
