Release Dates? Cerf - Walk Away & MS - Without You Near??

can anyone help me out here and tell me if they know if/when any of these tracks will recieve proper releases?

Matthew Cerf - Walk Away
Markus Schulz featuring Departure - Without You Near

Seems MS is updating his new site and doesn't have any info on it, and I can't find Cerf's site at all, so I am wondering if anyone know any info on these tracks. Also, have any more suggestions for tracks similiar to this style (can be with female vocals also, not just male) I like the feel of both these tracks!! Thx in advance!

Christ, it's gonna be another ATRC then? By that I mean quality, but played the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck out for months and months before release

arrgh this is a summer night choon! hopefully they'll put that gabe de wielen reconstruction on a release, song is rockin me right now
