I think I'm getting even closer now 
Here's my latest production, please give me some feedback. It ain't ready yet so tell me what you think oughto be changed.

I think I'm really getting "there" now, what to you think?
i'd get rid of that nasty snare.
sounds like it starts to get ok, then it just clutter fucks.
Not sure what that means, but thats what it starts to sounds like.
You need to work on getting your sound to surround the listener,whether with reverb/panning/ or stereo expanding.
Not really sure the style, but different, thats for sure.

Keep Working Hard.
That Track is indeed different. Did i sense a hint of Polka? Some strings or something get out of tune, sounds like an accordian. get yourself some new strings, yours are warped. lol.
Add effects!
PRIMARILY: Delay...
You'll love the difference a 1 step delay creates on an 8th note bassline instead of one bar notes.
And yes keep searching for the right percussion.

Update
Updated now. The violas and the violins does get out of tune, and I've fixed that ;D thanks for pointing it out, I knew something was wrong, but I wouldn't think it would be that simple, I mean I did program them myself :S How could I do it wrong :S ;D
And Kthought, can you explain 'warped'? don't understand. I'm using Edirol Orchestral btw.
And yes, you did sense a hint o polka. Or something to that direction ;D some folk dance thing anyway. That was my intention, and my original idea.
I do need to learn to choose samples, don't I. Well I changed the snare somewhat. Don't know if it's better though ;D
Someone knows anything about the charts on SoundClick? this tune is placed #110 on the trance-chart, how did it get there? :S
I Didn't like the snare too much, but overall the song is very different and pretty cool. It really needs some effects on the drums or something inexplicable, maybe reverb? Cool though.

This is interesting. Still no solid kick. But the bass has some real groove to it. The melody is barely a real musical progression but it somehow works. Sounds like random notes ...but amazingly sounds ok with that bass.
Your drums are weak...the kit samples themselves are ok, but they don't fill the sound spectrum enough. Need more fills and strokes played.
Again, this could use some more meaty instruments to bring out the lead...there doesnt really seem to be a lead.
I love the title too. Quintet of a Meadow. Nice.
Well...keep at it guy! You'll get "there"... I know it!
