here are the ones that were forgotten the first time around, and are cant-miss choices. thanks again stamper

2) Airwave - Save Me
3) Utah Saints - Lost Vagueness (Oliver Lieb Mix)

5) Three Drives - Sunset On Ibiza

HARD CHOICE

Damn, that was hard... all those tunes are excellent.
Riva - Stringer was an enormous track this year, so was Save Me... but Flight 643 has them beat I think. Probably the 2nd most-played track at clubs, at least near where I live. First most-played being Joyenergizer. Overdrive is very worthy of being in the final ladders too... damn.

My choice: Flight 643 & Lost Vagueness

I picked Lost Vagueness as a personal choice, very original and bangin' track.

well i chose the Flight and sunset on ibiza.. both are EXCELLENT tracks.. flight 643 is still on of my favs on the moment.. i just can't get enough of that banging tune!!!

This was another tough heat...... I liked every single one of those songs...... really. and then most of the other heats i didnt like any. hmmm....... i had to go with Stringer and 643 though..... Utah Saints would have gotten my second choice tied with sunset on ibiza... damn this was hard!

Well i'm not a mod so i cant just end a heat, but i'll just count the votes when all the other polls finish and then i'll make a Semi's. I think the semi's will have 25 tracks, and then there will be a final 10...its gonna get interesting!

Although I don't agree that these were the top 2... they are still blasting from my speakers. They are good.. but just not my personal choices for the "top 2" of the year. None-the-less... I'm just happy I joined trancEaddict's forum just in time to vote.

So many were missed

Well this was definately a good year for trance music. There were so many good songs I heard this year, that didn't make the list.
One of them being Fire & Ice - Souvenir De Chine
An amazing tune that didn't get the feedback I thought it would.
Anyhow...Im excited for this 2002, and what is has to offer to the Trance scene, we'll see Other than that, good job with the poll.
I think we all know what I voted for.... hehe :P
