[Dark Trance]Cybernetika - Collective (192kbps, full)

Heya!
Back again (from rock am ring, where i missed prodigy's gig T_T), I instantly got some inspiration for a dark trance tune. This one is again a little bit different to my previous work. It's definately less Goa or Psy, it has some progressive elements and more "anthemic" melodies than usual, it is focused on a dark and mystic atmosphere. I would label it as dark trance anyway.

The synthwork was done with Atmosphere, Vanguard and Albino.

Length: 10:55
Bitrate: 192kbps
filesize: ~15MB

I dig this a lot. Lots of layered sounds throughout. The drop at about 6:24 is very cool, imo. Very high quality <|-|00/\4&3 here.

the pads are nice but cut a little bit of the highs.
It's painful to hear those.
Nice bongos.
Cool 303s.
The bass is really deep.
I like that.
EQ the kick, it's kinda flat.
The lead is great.
The strings are also cool.

5/5

Wow. 6:24 is massive. I see what you mean by the anthem influences.

Every so often, I hear some unwanted distortion. 9:20 for instance. Might want to check your mastering on that.

Awesome sounds throughout this track. Not necessarily high on energy, but it pumped me up nonetheless. Keep it up.

I'm liking the way you are introducing your tracks with slow progressions building the tension needed for the climax.

Like always man, your percussion elements are the best.

Nice combination of rolling 303 bass with off beat digital bass.

Nice Anthem feel you put at the minute 6:33 or so, nice combination of styles, Psy with Dark trance, one of your best IMO.

Damn, this is great. Really liking that main lead synth you got going. The mood and progression are really working for me.

The mastering is so so and not up to your usual standards I think. But seeing as this track is a lot fuller than your previous ones, I can understand why.

The buldup is great and I'm really enjoying it at the start. Not so keen on the break at 6.24 though. I think it needs another element introduced or the melody needs to progress somewhere else. Everything comes together in the end, but it just sort of seems to drift toward the finale and doesnt seem to have a tight direction towards it.

I'm liking this track a lot and it has huge potential I think, but right now, its not quite there. Keep at it!

Wow, thanks for all the comments. Didnt think the track would be received that positively

About the distortion issue, well I sometimes simply don't hear it on my speakers. I think I need real monitors.

Axo, thanks for your comments about the structure. These are really helpful because that's where I still have to learn most in my opinion, and often the producer himself falls in love too much with certain parts whereas the listener has certain expectations that have to be met

Love the bongos.

2.29 not sure about that selection of snare drum that just came in. Seems too fake.

3.15 beautiful new pad layer. Great riff mate

4.14 alright! nice sound.

5.00 percs sound awesome now...

6.25

8.00 amazing stuff!

You're unstoppable Lars. Your shit just keeps getting better. I love this tune. This tune is set out perfectly & has an epic flow that takes you from one side of the galaxy to the other. The second half of the song is massive.

In my eyes this is your best tune yet. Absolutely loved it. This is why I love trance.

Intro track for my set when Serato Scratch Live get's here? Me thinks yes.

Well done intro! Yes! Me like!

I like the bassline, Like those claps that come in around 2:27. Great. I would maybe add a little more reverb, MAYBE but they're really good so far.

Strings coming in at 3:10!

This certainly isn't a track for an uplifting vibe, here comes hi hats, this would be great music for a bad trip though.

I like the kick, but I would make it more psy-ish, then again, that would probably take away to the darker aspect of this track. Psy kicks can be kinda bright and chirpy, I like what you have done with the kick in this track.

Cool 4:45

Very well done sir . A different feel from Shark for sure.

Although I did like Shark a lot. This is good too. I'm ready for some more in your face stuff.

Keep it up,

Adam
