A thread for those that have broken their wrist before.

I've been waking up some days lately with a sore wrist.

It hurts right on the bone and takes a couple of days to recover.

Today at work somebody said to me you haven't broken it before have you. Straight away I replied "yes".

Now i'm worried that my wrist might be acting up due to the fact that it was broken years ago.

This happen to anyone else here?

Maybe you have a repetitive stress injury from typing or clicking your mouse. And I don't mean the fun way of "clicking your mouse" although I'm sure that can lead to an RSI too.

OK here is a serious reply...

i have broken both my wrists and i can't put alot of strain on either of them and sometimes they just get sore. It happened when i was 15 and now i'm 23 and nothings changed so i can't imagine it will anytime soon. It's bollocks because i'm a hairdresser and kinda rely on my wrists.

I broke & dislocated my right wrist twice some 9 and 7 years ago, and nowadays it gets really sore if I put too much pressure on it. Then it takes days for it to get better.

thank god I jerk it with my left hand though

nm.... mine doesnt hurt.. i played sports in hs and no pain.. i even pitched and my wrist never hurt.. and i broke it twice so idunno
