I just seen DE-Koze for the third time now and I have to say hes one of my favourite dj's,I had one the most fun nights ever @ steel workers hall in kingston Friday nov.30 :P. I love how he bangs his head to the beats for his hole set. You wouldn't believe what happend at the venue , the damn radiators blew , so the hole damn building was leaking water everywhere, there were freaking lakes in the middle of the dance floor.This was obviously a huge safety violation, so the one of the guys who was in charge went in front of deko-ze and told him to cut the music, while he was playing Mauro picotto- baguette and it was at the build up part of the song , just about to kick in the bass and he had to shut it down, i couldnt believe it, but i still had one of the best nights ever. Does anyone know the name of that track he always spins its a remix of an old 80's song called " you spin me right round baby "? and does anyone have live sets of de-koze if so, where can you get them. audio galaxy doesnt have that much of de koze.

Man that must suck to have a party shut down , b/c of reason that you had to deal with and I hope it didn't end too early.
I've been to System Sound Bar for 1 year ... every Friday for the last year or so. Deko-ze was a resident for along time at that clubb. His sets don't really get my hyped enough ... his taste and style of remixing is not that great, sometimes it even kills the tracks for me. I've only seen Deko-Ze spun two or three sets that really got me hyped up. However, I have to admit his mixing skills are very smooth and solid !!! Watching him spin is pretty cool indeed.
Therefore I can not say Deko-ze sucks ... just b/c I don't like what he spins doesn't make my opinion towards him as a shitty DJ. Just not the type of remixing I like to hear but, the dude is very talented behind the turntables !!! I had a Deko-ze tape awhile ago but I've lost it. Check around ... your bound to find one of his live sets floating around somewhere.

Dude...ok, maybe you didn't have a good time at Ascension because the timeslots got messed up and there were lots of kids there...but that is NO reason to disrespect the man that built the trance scene in Toronto.
I mean, it's understandable if you make one post about how you didn't like his set...but to keep blastin him...damn, don't you have more important things to do?

agreed....
there's plenty of room for all kinds of dj's.....which some people will think suck/or used to be good......and some people will love......
energy is better spent elsewhere than on dissin dj's that others like.........
I h8 britteny spears.....(although I still wanna fuk her)......while others will love her......ce las vie
there's room here for everything
