Egg salad sandwich...
But the eggs smell like stinky farts when you first crack them open...
Any ideas on how to prevent the smelly egg syndrome? Chefs, speak up!
And post your specialty dish...
(for those who are saying "what's that got to do with trance".... I listen to trance while I make my egg salad sandwiches, and we could have a TOTA Monday at Cherry Beach picnic - HA!)
Hah, I got the day off and was thinking about blading down to Cherry Beach.
Go Manic Mondays!
Eggs smell when you crack them open?! That's weird...I always thought they were odourless
Those eggs are bad, miss

I'm a genius with soya sauce. (Well, needing few other ingredients...)
Well, because I can't cook for shit, I am well-known in my family circles for making the meanest cold-cut sandwiches...or shall I call them...MANwiches
...for those with a little more refined palate, add a little peanut butter to the mix!

| Originally posted by StereoPrincess crack them open under cold water. this is the only advice in terms of smelling as soon as you crack them open. when you make your salad tho, add a bit of lemon juice. all smells are mostly amines (which are bases) and the acid from the lemon juice neutralizes the smells. same sort of idea why we put lemon on fish. put lemon on everything that smells. |
