Looking To Purchase A Laptop - Need Help
Hello,
I need to look into getting a laptop for my new job.
Anyone know where to get a good deal on one with at least the following requirements:
Pentium III
1.0 G or higher
256 SDRAM
20 G HD
DVD drive
Windows 2000 or better..
14.1 XGA
used/refurbished is more of an option as new these would be over $1000 I am guessing......
any feedback would be appreciated....

I suggest an IBM Thinkpad (refurbished).
I picked one up with similar specs and it is a TANK.
Those are pretty cheap requirements, just go to any comp store in chinatown.

I got mine from MDG and they usually have decent prices. Also bestbuy.
I have a Dell Notebook, and I'm really happy with it. My boss bought it for me, so I'm not sure of the price, but they usually have decent sales on every once and a while.
