Ta Dj Ranking (Competition)
Another DJ competition ideea (inspired from �TA Ladder Ranking System� thread started by xKaoSx).
Rules:
About mixes
All sets must be mixed LIVE. Any medium is acceptable (vinyl/cd/mp3). You can�t use the same mix several times. You must mix EDM (mostly trance and progressive). Mixes must contain 5-6 tracks.
About challenges
You can start a challenge only once in 7 days, though you must respond every time you are beeing challenged. If you don�t respond in 7 days you lose. You can challenge any of the DJs that are ranked above you or new entrants. If you win you get 1 point, if not 0 points. New entrants are assigned no rank. When you want to challenge someone you pm me and I�ll start the challenge (make sure you check your pm box). None of the other DJs (including the one that�s beeing challenged) must know who is the challenger. Since I�m also competing, when someone wants to challenge me he�ll pm me directly.
About judging mixes
In order to keep this competition �alive� we must have judges. So if you want to compete YOU MUST JUDGE. You must have a judged/started challenges ratio higher than 1. If not you can't start another challenge, though you can start your first challenge "for free". You won�t know who did the mixes until the challenge is over. People who are not DJs in this competition can also judge if they want to.
All mixes must be marked on skill and the way the contestant progresses their mix, NOT ON PERSONAL OPIONION OF THE CONTESTANT OR THE SONGS HE WISHES TO MIX.
Mixes will be marked on the following categories:
a) Track selection and play order
b) Beat-matching
c) Transition harmonics
All sections contain 25 marks, no section is worth more than another.
After you scored the mixes you post the results in this thread. If more than one person is judging (it would be better this way) one of the judges will calculate and than post the final results, and I�ll update the ranking list.
Anyone who breaks any of the rules gets banned.

I'm up for this put my name in the hat and let me know when I've got a challange.
You say live, meaing playing live over the net or just mixing it live then uploading it after?
Nice idea, this ranking, but how the hell are you gonna keep track of all this cause I think it's a whole lot of work. 'cause a lot of dj's can compete and so there will be A LOT of games and twice as much mixes, and since judging/dj rate must be above 1 there will be even more judges..

LIVE=mixin live and than upload. And yap, I think it's gonna be preaty hard to manege this one...though I think I can do it. You can start challenging any of the competitors. Make sure you READ ALL THE RULES.
So when can you start challenging someone? After 1 review i suppose.
So what about the first list entries, they have nothing to review. 
Each of you can challenge anyone first time, but after that u'll have to judge if you wanna challendge again, in order to keep a judged/started callendges ratio > 1. For the first challendges we're gonna need some judges too...so anyone is welcomed. Remember...pm me when you want to challendge someone (even if it's me)

There should be a bonus for challenging a ranked ta dj who's high up the list. Else it's just who does the most mixes..
And some refusal ability, or to challenge a dj in the x ranks above your position only, cause who wouldn't want to challenge #1
