Journey Into Trance

Can anybody help me figure out who does this song. Its called Journey Into Trance. My Media Player says it is Tiesto, but i don't think so.

I found it about 2 or 3 years ago, and never knew who did it. It is on the verge of being a "pop" techno type song. It starts out with a generic beat, then gradually an electronic voice fades in repeating "This is a journey into trance." I cut out the beginning part, and left the part that would be most easily recognizable. Thanks.
