I hear it's better than horse meat.

(Saw a news segment on the TV 2 days ago about how horse meat is becoming a new, popular meat of choice by many in the U.S. They were featuring the protests many are making at what this means to the horse population if this catches on and horse's start getting killed, like cows, for their meat.)
