today we stayed mainly in aventura because its only like 15 minutes away from miami dade c.c.

seemed like everything under 800 wasnt nice and not in a decent complex.

aventura harbor - 861 for a 850 sq ft. gated complex no wasger/dryer in room. liked this one alot.

after that we went to portofino biscayne - 750 sq ft but looked larger than the 850, for 910

then looked at the place where my broker andreas lived @ latitudes which was in the moors neighborhood. this one was the nicest, and was pretty close to everything.only had a 7 month lease instead of a 12 month i think and also had a cheaper aplication fee and also included a washer and dryer in the room.

im still clueless as far as what to do, i checked craigslist and found someone that lives in a house and needs a roommate...it seems cool cause they are video and sound professionals and the house has a g-4 and a recording studio...

in aventura almost everything is pretty much from the 800-900...but I guess u get what u pay for... :-)
