I have no idea what the remix is but im pretty sure that thats the song.

I've been trying to think all day what this is. It reminds me so much of Trouser Enthusiasts - Sweet Release, but there are differences. Unless there is an update/remix then possibly it could be Sweet Release, but I am now having doubts.

Hopefully this will help lead you in the correct direction.

I would say 98 - 00 . Sure the tune in the sample is pitched up +5 or so what ever it is.
