I have tried to search the total net to find a Wav to mp3 application.
But with no success.. I have found several progrms, but either it crashes or it doesent support my system (Win ME)..
I used to use "Xing MP3 Encoder" on Win 98, but on Win ME, its no good.
Does any one has a good program to convert a Wav to mp3.

I want Xing Mp3 Encoder because I have an old computer that can use this one..

I use mpegsuite.... It works great.
you can convert a wav --> mp3
mp3--> wav and mp3--> mp3 (different bitrate)
you can download it here at trance addict

and if you want xing mp3.. download it... you can find it anywhere on internet. it should not be that hard to find it
