I'll simply name two: Matrix Reloaded (some awesome tracks from Juno Reactor in that soundtrack!) and Gladiator. (now we are free! love it!)
Your turn. Which movies have had good enough soundtracks to make you buy the CDs?
They're not my favorite soundtracks but i like a few tracks on each of them.

My two favorites:
Nip/Tuck - By far one of the better downtempo collections in recent history. Besides, G&D mixed it. unf.
and
Tomb Radier - A little corny, I admit, but a nice array of EDM tunes and a home to one of my all-time favorite tracks: Edge Hill by Groove Armada.
The Wedding Singer
Billy Elliot
Zurdo
Shawshank Redemption
I could go on... But I won't.
The Good The Bad And The Ugly
Ennio Morricone all the way! :>

Bullitt
Ghost in the Shell
Avalon
The Truman Show (especially the Philip Glass songs)
The Trueman Show
On Her Majesty's Secret Service (totally love all the tracks on this one, especially Try.)
Blade Runner
Le Grand Bleu (the original French edition, US edition 'The Big Blue' is edited)
The Godfather soundtracks off course
sublime music, the Love theme for example

Anything by John Williams (star wars, indiana jones), gladiator, the ghost and the darkness, the matrix, the bourne identity, the bourne supremacy, the rock.
