TA questions for Hernan Cattaneo

I should have the Nick Warren interview up within a week or so. It's being transcribed right now. I'm working on one with Hernan, if any TA's have any questions please post them here.

hes hardly oakenfolds 'apprentice'

oakenfold didnt teach him how to dj..he just gave him a exposure outside of s.america. hernan doesnt need oakenfold at all, so how does oakey being shit affect him??

most big-name DJs now have gone to the more techy/electro sound of house music. since he is the only big-name DJ that still plays prog, does he think prog (as in proghouse) still has a future in the EDM scene or is it dying?

I saw Hernan at Club Spin this year at WMC (Infusion opened). What I witnessed was the best performance of the entire conference! If I had to describe the style, I'd say hard progressive but it was hard to pinpoint.

Here's my question:

What would you call that style and what is your favorite style to play?
