Lolo - Who Are You

Pretty kickass tune. Lolo has been putting out some good stuff, lately. I love the ambient background in this one.

8.5/10

Posted by Mane on Jun-24-2005 21:33:

yeah i love this track too, lolo has made lots of great tracks extend horizon rules

Posted by spc on Jun-24-2005 22:36:

very nice 7.5/10

i also like his other release as well "elemantal"... but for some odd reason the melody sounds very familiar to another song, but i cant think of the name of it. i remember how "why" was a huge rip of xpander.. anyone know what melody im thinking of?

Posted by 604trancejunkie on Jun-24-2005 22:49:

i think 'why' is better

Posted by miamitranceman on Jun-24-2005 23:58:

"Why?" is good...and I don't care what anyone else says!

Posted by Nitrogliserin on Jun-25-2005 00:11:

I like it...
I dont compare it with "why"
both of them are great tracks...

elemantal ehm 6/10
who are you 8/10

I'm so in love with both tracks. So emotional pieces of music.
And great to see l-vee getting better again, as i didn't like his latest stuff, but these tracks are so great.

Btw, i'm a little confused. If I'm not wrong, armin made "Who are you" his tune of the week, but Menno de Jong played on his Intuition show also "Who are you", at least thats what the tracklist says. But i think I can remember that it was not the same track armin played as "who are you". So which one of the tracks is "Who are you" and which one is "Elemental"?

Armin indeed played Elemental.

And i agree with you that both are beautiful emotional tracks, i think Elemental is a bit better, the melody in Who Are You is a little bit high. Probably the best track this year imo

Are you serious? Because "Why?" sounded so much like Xpander. It would be ridiculous if his new track ripped off another Sasha track.

Posted by clubsolutely on Jun-25-2005 18:46:

this tune is so "why" alike...

Posted by Phortastic on Jun-25-2005 18:57:

I like both tunes, amazing work again by L-Vee!

Posted by MadeToLive on Jun-25-2005 19:56:

All three are very good tracks. Here are my marks:
who are you ? 8.5/10
Elemental 9/10
Why 7.5/10

This a great release indeed.

Reminds me of the key changes in the dance rip off of coldplay - beautiful world. The artist begins with a C, forget the name

I can't say that Elemantal reminds me Wavy Gravy, but Who are you seems to be influenced by it.Overall i prefer Elemantal, such a beautiful tune,i love the vocals, the melody, the feeling. It's simply fantastic

Who Are You? = 6.5/10
Elemantal = 8.5/10

Dunno

A nice release by L-vee , but I still think his best new production is Nova vs Soldout - maybe tomorrow, I wish he would release that already, If there's anyone out there who knows if this tune will be released please let me know if Bonzai will.

Posted by RebeL9 on Jun-28-2005 09:39:

an OK tune but still far from the old L-vee I used to love.
Agree with n00ben. L-vee should stay away from Armin and Schulz. Bad influence!

No Lolo tune will ever top Ocean d'Etoiles.
