Track with Bagpipes, need ID

Bangin ass hard trance track that breaks down into a really great bagpipe instumental and then it just goes off with the bag pipes. I was at a club in Las Vegas andf the Warp Brothers (Ollie) was playing this track. I'm pretty sure its a fairly new track and I'm sure I saw him spinning it on vinyl as well. Sorry no sample to listen too... any help would be appreciated.
