Police can not take any risks, by giving any person time to whatever they desire, they are getting into the chance of having the Individual or suspect to reach a gun or what-not ... those are the procedures, is as easy as to follow directions heh.. but yeah, some Police are damm ass muther$#%!ers.. especially those MIA police by space... stupid f%cks.
