Err...ahem* Anybody have Reason?

ok ok...ive searched millions of time in the search query, but all the links are dead.

does anybody have a full V of the propellerheads Reason software??

please let me know via PM or just respond in here. i got lots of sound apps if you want to trade

The last time I checked this was TranceAddict, not WarezAddict. Try your luck on Warez IRC channels.

Skywarp, dont be a prick. if you dont have the program, then dont reply. there have been tons of other people on these forums that have requested many different audio appz, including Reason. spend your time doing something else besides flaming members of this website.

All right, how am I being a prick ? Look, there has been a countless number of threads about people looking for Reason and nobody ever managed to come up with a link where it can be downloaded. Every time somebody starts a new thread on it, most messages are either "yeah I want Reason too" or "You people are evil for downloading warez". Waste of message board space and bandwidth. You need to accept the fact that it is a program that isn't that readily available through yoru regular 'warez' channels - mostly because it is 2 CDs. If you want Reason that badly, then please stop begging for it on the forums and go buy it. If you aren't ready to shell out $300 for it then you obviously don't want it badly enough. Life will go on ...

Lexiconavenue, did you even bother to check some warez channels on IRC before coming here and starting the namecalling ? I'm sure that if you put some of that energy into looking for the program yourself you would have found it by now.

skywarp : me , lexiconavenue and probably many other ppl noticed that ur always making NEGATIVE critics on whatever someone says in these boards ... i've never seen u saying something nice to someone else here , lighten up dood ...

Oh please excuse me, fastdj, for having opinions that actually differ from everybody else. Also, excuse me for trying to help others with some comments and feedback and dropping some biting comments in the process. I will make sure that it won't happen again.

Again, can somebody PLEASE explain me how my first comment was negative in ANY WAY !? I just gave the guy a tip where he might be able to find the program he's looking for ... it looks like I'm not the one who needs to lighten up.

I wouldn't say it was negative...but just isn't a tone that is a welcoming one.

I can't offer ya a link , becoz my slow internet connection , but you can buy a copy from me (the 2 cd's) , for F 50,- (dutch guilders)

Am I the only one who has a problem with people selling pirated software ? I don't mind exchange / downloading but when money comes into play that's where you have to draw the line ...

Also, afternative, I find it very hypocritical that your avatar pic says 'don't copy music' yet you go around selling pirated software ...

I didn't think you did anything wrong, you told him where to go to get the software, warez, and IRC channels. you weren't mean or rude, you just said this wasn't the place for it.

these people shouldn't be attacking you.

downloading software is illegal, and the morality is questionable.
Even so, I downloaded it myself, long ago.

I can justify it, because I only played with it for a few hours before I gave up. I'm glad I didn't pay for it.

now, where I draw the line is SELLING, illegal software.

this is blatantly illegal, and definitely immoral. You should not be making a profit of someone elses work!

look everybody, im not looking to get a pirated copy of this proggy. if it is pirated, so be it. im looking for someone that owns the program and doesnt mind giving me a copy, in exchange for some of my own (like it says in the first msg i posted). i dont promote the selling, trading, d/l'ing, etc. etc. of pirated software, but when more than 3/4 of the internet is nothing but that, then you have to start compromising @ some point. skywarp, i respect your opinions and all, but when you attack me for asking for a piece of software in a forum made for software, along w/ dj gear and other things, then your just looking to pick a fight (be a prick).

now, if i do go about this the legal way and actually buy the program(or just find one lying around on the net somewhere >)>)), how many of you would actually want a copy??

couse if u look back to older threads you'll find this topic numerous times. i uploaded reason to a dudes FTP sometimes ago, about 2-3 weeks. so if u look back at old threads its called REASON then u might be able to find it if he is still sharing it.

in any case, I don't think anyone should be selling anything that they got for free, it's ripping the original artist(or programmer) off.

Toss my two cents in. Skywarp is saying you should have bought it first without downloading it and trying it. Who's to say anyone else asking for Reason in here will be any different than you? They want to give it a try and are not will to shell out the coin to find out they don't like it or they're not as interested as they had first anticipated. I for one will never buy a program before I try it. Just like I never buy music without downloading it on mp3 and listening to it first. Nobody seems to have a problem doing that yet it's a problem when downloading Reason.
