that is fucking sad im sorry.. the cop was right in shooting the dog but that is not my issue.. why do fucking people get dogs like that if they cant control them. a dog that size needs a big leash and a strong owner to hold it.. you dont have that then dont have the dog... and that being said buy a guy who has a gun put up to a cats head over to the left..
