Room for Rent

My roommate is moving out in August and I'm looking for someone to share my apartment with me.

Location:

Eglinton and Avenue area - forest hill (very TTC accessible)

The Place:

Ground floor apartment(w/basement)
Two bedroom, two full bathrooms, spacious living room
Private entrance
Hardwood flooring (2 years old)
New kitchen w/ new cabinets and stainless steel appliances: fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven (2 years old)
New paint (2 years old)
Garage (with available parking spot)
Private laundry facilities
Central air conditioning, heating

Quiet area

The Rent:

$700/month, utilities included

Have you ever tried the one Chinese on the south side of Eglinton, a little ways east? I remember they were pretty good. Haven't been that way in a while, I moved because of the fire trucks and the building had poor air circulation (corner of Duncannon, west of Eg)...

My appt opens up to an alley south of eglinton, so it's very sheltered from street noise and fire trucks. In fact I don't hear much street noise at all

Which chinese food place are you referring to? There are two in the area ("chinese take out" is ok, I haven't tried "Elizabeth's" yet)

its a nice place though and you are right, its a really nice area which is why its worth that price.

Awesome place, man, and the area is superb. Used to drive through that area (Havergal College) everyday. If I didn't have the responsibilities I do, I would be rooming with you in a second. Best of luck; the price is excellent for what you're getting; I hope you don't have to budge...but for Christina, I would totally budge!

My grandpa owns the building so it's really a question of what he wants people to pay, I'd budge if I could!

my other friend offered to let me move in with her.....

if i got rid of my cat. Hes a pain in the ass but i cant ditch him!
