Involver -VS- Fundacion

Heard them both recently.

Personally I thought that Fundacion was awful.

I am however loving Involver and seriously considering buying it.

Which one did you prefer... or did you like both?

i'll let you discuss it amongst yourselves.

Posted by flavdave on Jul-11-2005 23:39:

I like both, but Involver is much better in my opinion.

Involver > Fundacion

Posted by Aitizaz on Jul-11-2005 23:54:

ive heard both too but i like involver more

Posted by Phortastic on Jul-11-2005 23:59:

u cant compare it imo. I like both. But if i would have to choose, involver i guess.

glad we all agree

I haven't heard Fundacion, but I find Involver rather mediocre. It's collecting dust on my shelf at present.

Maybe I'll give it a spin now.

good idea

There is actually one track on fundacion that stood out for me and i'd love to know the name of it, but don't have a clue how to describe it.

Fundacion gets points for the technical aspect over Involver, however, Involver had so many great emotional peaks. The two electro-clash songs at the end are a little confusing, although I do enjoy the one on Fundacion, Felix da Housecat's track at the end of Involver really doesn't do it for me. Both are great releases, in my opinion, they just have had some short commings. The question is which short commings hurt each release more.

i love the feeling that i got listening to involver. it just wasnt there during foundacion for me.

involver vs. fundacion

Niether.

Utilities is better.

Posted by sigmanova on Jul-12-2005 04:32:

Involver is significantly better than Fundacion. Whereas i loved Fundacion for the first 20 or so minutes because it had awesome flow and mixing, it degenerated into weird electro funky stuff that completely turned me off.

Involver >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Fundacion

Posted by Zenchowdah on Jul-12-2005 04:44:

they're two totally different concepts, people..

which is better, the McLaren F1, or a bowl of chicken soup? honestly, come on.

Fundacion caters for the people that we're 'raving it up' to Tiesto less than 6 months ago, and have now realised it's cool to like Sasha.
