Hailing from Toronto, Matt Dublin is one of the most diverse DJs who is constantly striving on breaking new musical ground. Formally known as Decepticon, this veteran DJ of nine years has consistantly delivered high energy house and break sets throughout Canada and the US. In 2004 he was crowned Heineken Thirst Dj competition winner in Canada, and played alongside Pete Tong, and Danny Howells for the Toronto leg of the Thirst tour.

Currently Matt can be found at one of greatest record shops, 2thebeat records as one of the house, hip hop, and break-beat buyers, and on 1groove.com where he hosts an internet radio show which past guests have included The Chemical Brothers, Josh The Funky 1, and local hero Paranoid Jack. Matt Dublin's keen ability to read crowds and energetic stage presence have cultivated a following across Canada and 2005 promises to be a break-out year for this Toronto native.

Bio:
One phrase can be used to �label�, if you will, Dan Medland�s style��GOOD. DANCE. MUSIC. He plays all across the spectrum from funky house to peak techno, but it all seems to have one common sound, a sexy tribal groove. This soulful sound, along with seamless mixing has earned Dan top billing at almost every club in our Nation�s capital, Ottawa, and with almost 10 years experience, Dan knows how to take crowds for a ride through the gambit of human emotions.

Dan�s great versatility, skills, and track selection have earned him gigs with DJs of varying styles of music. Dan has played abreast Preach, Montreal�s techno juggernaut; Palash, of Saeed and Palash; Bad Boy Bill; Montreal house guru, Rob Brown; and renowned Canadian DJ/Producers Stephan Grondin and Luke Fair, just to name a few.

Having felt it was time to expand his musical reach, and broaden his knowledge and presence in the Canadian dance music scene, Dan relocated to Toronto, where he is keeping very busy. Dan is the booking agent for TeknoTurtle Produxtions artists in the Toronto area (http://www.teknoturtle.ca), he started working on some of his own original productions, and, of course, Dan still finds time for his first love��moving dancefloors with his sexy tribal rhythms.

Matt is a fantastic DJ, and an even nicer guy. He's brought a lot to the local scene, and we'd like a chance to really showcase his talent.

Dan Medland is another great local dj that sometimes gets over looked. He packs some serious tribal grooves in his bag, and he knows how to work a room.
