If i'm not mistaken, that was a commercial for a energy drink called ED here in Finland.

It's from a commercial for PowerAde. They have several commercials of this sort. I don't know if they're real or not, some have some pretty crazy stuff in them. The guy in this one looks like he should have been destroyed.
