Great Adventures - Sat 7/23/05

well i think the title speaks for itself im goin on nxt sat if anyone is interested in goin here are the details Its $50 for the whole package which leaves from NY to Six Flags and back and includes admission. The buses leave from 42nd street everyday at 9:30 AM and get back at 10:30 PM. havent been there in two yrs wanna try out the new rides they got there so whos with me on it

sounds fun.. but.. going on a weekend is a killer 2 hour waits, I rather go on a weekday.

cheap? why not go on a weekday.. buy 1 tick get 1 free ? that knocks the price down by half and also no need to worry about the lines, cuz you know during the weekend you will be on the line for 1-2 hours just to get on batman and robin , god knows how long for newer rides....but then again.. I guess some of us work on weekdays and cant take off, maybe that is the case. then ITS A GO~

Thats good if u drive there. The bus has its own admission ticket and everything else. Basically, $50 covers the whole thing. So two ppl pay $100, not $50 even if they got the coke can cause the bus just had an occuppied seat. If u drive, then u can use the coke can and save. But fuck it, with tolls, gas, and parking, and traffic it will prob. end up being more and longer. Bus imo, is the better way. But if we go Fri, lines wont be as bad as Sat. and we can go straight to Seho after for 2 for 1 special. I like the sound of that.

i don't think most ppl can make it on weekdays, unless everyone takes off work...

also, i think there's talk about driving there instead...that way ppl don't have to leave when the buses leave. Park closes at 10ish after all on wkends once it gets late, u can go on the coasters as frequently as u want...nitro at NIGHT is fuckin siiick lol

so is it gonna be on friday instead now?

LAME!! I am not a fan of roller coasters either but enough of us will be going that we can all get on the rides we want....I am down for this.....ON SATURDAY after SEHO!!!!!!

lol...this is reminescent of what i did with blitz and her friends after Seho back in May lol. went home, slept ONE hr in bed, then slept in the car for about 1.5 hrs en route to Six Flags. when the car stopped i woke up. The first ride i saw was Superman -- i hadn't ridden it before. And that was enuff to WAKE me up and keep me awake till midnite. LOL I dont think i stopped to rest more than 15-30 minutes inbetween rides that day except during the 1.5 hr downpour at around 5pm but that just got rid of about half of the parkgoers .
