Whats the word on

the tranceaddict forum update?

There was mention of looking for designers a while back to help w/ the revamping of the board... and I am just curious as to whether or not the "upgrade" to TA is currently in-the-works, or if it got tossed in the pile of things to work on/worry about at some point in the future still....

Moi aussi... In fact, this is the only board ive seen whose look I actually enjoy -- I love it!

I dont know whut a new look would resemble, but i remember hearing in the wind months ago that a new look could be in the future tho...

...and the forums when they eventually move to the new version will maintain a similar look... It has to happen because that's the only way the integrated photo gallery will work best - but - all the customizations have to be re-done (i.e. event forum/for sale forum/unknown tracks/etc.)

This board has a 'classic' forum look and feel. It's simplistic and functional. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

definatly. I like browsing forums, and this is my fav in terms of style, and lay out. Maybe its cause i am so used to it, but i like it.

I hate when sites go to a 'new' look, usually means lots of graphics, which just slows everything down.

I dunno Karim... I enjoy its appearance FAR more than any other board I've seen (including Armin's, Tribe, Houseaddict, and many other misc. ones I come across when looking for information).
