This is one of few DJs that I would travel to see, but I would really rather have him in my home town

March 26th for Decadence. He was in Guvvy and Armin van Buuren, Nu-NRG, et al. were in KH!

He bought the house in Melbourne more than a year ago, perhaps the health issues/warning arose after the purchase?

he cancelled his gigs in toronto before the melbourne house purchase....Unless there were new health issues then I don't see how it would make much of a difference. That and the fact to the best of my knowledge he still owns the house in melbourne.

That and his last gig at r00m [melbourne's premier EDM club] this past spring, he made light of the fact he owns a home there and would be playing there a lot more now.

Nope, I'd love to see him come back too. You missed a hell of a set in March. Second best time I've had this year....right behind GMS at System. I'd love to see them come back to System sometime soon too.

Toronto seems to be mainly a trance/house town. Us techno and psy-trance fans just have to be patient. We don't get quality events that suit our tastes too often, but when the Carl Cox's and GMS's come to our neck of the woods....good times are had indeed.

I'm glad I got to see him at Decadence. I highly doubt he'll be back in Toronto any time soon. Will most likely see him at WMC or in Europe during my future travels.

didn;t quite work out...plus all the tA's were mostly in the KH for Armin.

The crowd was too scary for Cox..i walked right out the minute I had the chance...

love his hard beats though!!

Wow, I never heard that one before. Were they scarier/crazier than Infected Mushroom fans? Didn't seem like that to me... I was there the entire time.

The crowd wasn't any different than any other night in terms of sketchiness. And because van buuren was in KH, it also kept the trance crowd away and the true techno-heads got to share an incredible set with other true fans....

the house he bought inmelbourne is for maxin relaxin. word had it on the street (when i was in melb) that he turned down a VERY well paying monthly residency in sydney because he wasnt in Aus. to DJ.

well in the section I was in ...it was wayy too much..and the fact that I was all alone...

and whatever....I love techno just as much as any other tech-head!

but sometimes the pl around you and friends and the vibe is more important! well it is to me anyway. and I was loving the vibe in the KH with my big group of TA friends wayy better.

Like honestly, if this does happen, I can officially die happy at labour day!!! They are my 2 and 3 after of course the man himself. But I really hope that they could come for Labour of Love though!! So much for Cream then, haha Montreal can wait!!
