Opinions on Deep Dish @ Celebrities
For people that saw Deep Dish last night, what did you think of the set? The venue was great, and sound was good too.
what an awesome nite, celeberties is a great venue, the sound system was crisp, the bass was clean, and the set was what i needed to hear, loved it from the very bigening to the end DeepDish have always been my favourites they never fail to impress, was worried that their sound has gone a little pop from reading some idiots reviews (they have no idea) but nonetheless they started with a beautiful dark progressive tune which had a deep dish signature all over it, and they kept on going with great prog tunes one after another which what made me fall in love with them in the first place, then they brought full on energy made me move none stop, i knew lots of the crowd and the vibe was beautiful.
and did anybody see the guy from the movie Transporter?
i say best party in vancouver. would have loved three more hours of them but what can u do.
the tunes that i can recall are
Deep Dish - Bagles
Deep Dish - Sacramento
Deep Dish feat. Stevie Nicks - Dreams
Deep Dish vs. Dire Straits - Flashing For Money (Sultan Club Mix)
Paul Van Dyk - The Other Side (Deep Dish Remix)
Ficsherspooner - Just Let Go
Coldplay - Speed Of Sound ( remix???)
Deep Dish - Say Hello
i want the whole tracklist if anyone knows it.

Tonnes of people showed! Just not people from this board.
Got to the club @ 10:30pm to find a short line up. I line up while my friend goes to see whether there's a different line for tick holders.
Then a regular patron turns to me and says, "What's going on here tonight?"
I reply, "It's Deep Dish tonight."
*blank look on dude's face*
I continue, "Big house duo, from Washington.. ??"
*blank look ensues*
I say with an ever-so-slight smirk, "It's $40 to get in"
*he eases away from line*
At this point, my friend waves me over to the ticket lineup, so I dunno if said patron continued on or not. Too funny heh.
It was paaaacked inside. The dancefloor was just a sea of people :O
All the usual suspects were played - including, Dreams, Flashing for $, and of course, Saaaaaaay Helloooo. Highlight for me was when they dropped Dreams - the dub and the vocal version (just like they did for their June Ess Mix). Over 10 mins of pure bliss.
I didn't dig the entire set, there were some parts that seemed a bit monotonous -- but a good nite all in all. For $37, I would have hoped for at least 4 hours (as advertised), but we got 3 instead.
