Need help on Eye Wall - Bad Deal lyrics

Hi

Does anyone know where the sample in that song came from? You know, the one that goes like,

Actor 1:"OK, here is the deal...(unintelligible) and I used to work as extra muscle for a couple of dealers. I'd like to tell you who they were, but I don't know. I never got a name. I never got a face...But I do know one thing. They paid us in coke. The guy was pretty pissed everytime I was over to get some cash cuz I'm a coke dealer."

Actor 2:"When you find that coke, (unintelligeble) please."

Actor 1:"Fine...fine."

I love the dialogue and I definately want to know what movie it is from. (It is from a movie, right?) I've been trying to figure it out, but I really don't know where to look anymore.

Any clues as to what movie it maybe--even the voices from the actors--would really be appreciated.

It's Will Ferrell and Ben Stiller; arguably one of the funniest scenes in the movie.
