Smiley DJ What do you think about the German DJ's -- PvD, Pascal Dolle, Talla 2XLC?

What do German-speaking people think about these German DJ's?

* PvD - of course, very popular around the world, but is he very popular in Germany? Most of the German trance mixes I've heard sound distinctively hard; for example, Talla 2XLC, the TTF series, our own DJ Dawn, -- but PvD's music is now "softer" and more mellow...

* Pascal Dolle - Have you heard about him? What do you think about him? He signed a contract with the American record company ICU. He has German and French ancestry. I've heard some of his stuff, and he usually plays melodic trance and hardhouse, but he goes for somewhat slower BPM's, from what I've heard.

* Talla 2XLC - I imagine that he is popular in Germany, since he is a great innovator in terms of the techno-trance scene. What do you think about his style, his track selection, and mixing?

Also: DJ Taucher. How popular is he, what do you think of him?

I cannot speak for anyone else besides Paul Van Dyk since I haven't heard the other's music... Paul Van Dyk is excellent! One of my top 5 favourite DJs! Mayday 2000 is a set that I have from him. I give it a 96 out of 100!

PvD is very cool, i've heard him @ the LP 2000 and on Marc Spoons Birthday @ The Dorian Gray *RIP*

Pascal Dolle: I do not know him, i am only know Pascal Feos but he is not a Trance DJ, he puts more "Schranz" Music on the Turntables

Talla is the God of Trance in Germany i've heard him 3 Times this year, everytime it was better and better, next time i will see him at 25th December on Kinki Palace

Taucher???? Very silent about that man in the past

I agree to this
Yeah, honestly, I like Talla very, very much, he's in the scene since over twenty years (he was the creator of the scene in Germany, worked together with Kraftwerk!) and his TechnoClub mixbattle series got rather famous. But unfortunately I'm Austrian and Talla comes very seldom to Austria ... he was in the last few months here in Austria, but that was in Tirol and I'm living in Vienna, that's too far away for me ... I dun have a car, would be too expensive...
But yeah, Talla 2XLC is EXTREMELY good! His fast, progressive & pretty trancy style is really genious ... the best U can get in Vienna

And PvD? I think the whole world knows this genious. Enuff said.

Pascal Doll's not bad. I don't know so much from him, but the tracks I know 're really not bad!

Hmm... i dont like Talla that much. Okay, i have only heared one set of him, which is okay, but his tracks arent that good in my opinion. Probally I am not too much in the German trance-scene.
PVD is very good, but the tracks of him, which came out this year werent that good. Some of his livesets and his cd are very good.
DJ Taucher I will see @ Sylvester Rave, but i dont like him. It has been very quiet and the last time I saw him it was @ TV "Big Brother"
Pascal Dole I dont know, too.
