this track has the same vocal as a track from Boy George's Hong Kong Handover mix back in 1997...

of course that track was never really id'd

i believe the artist is

Bass Shaker - ID

unless this tune just has the same vocal sample...i dunno. but that's a start. i've never found any info on the track other than that...

but obviously a different version if the samw tune...
