you have to have agility and flexibility and have to be able to lift ur body weight and some. those gravity defying moves are all based on momentum. i could do some back in my day but not to the extreme of those combos. i breaked for 3 years straight like practicing everyday practicing with different toronto crews and i wasnt even close to that. id look like a total rookie compare to those guys. thats shaping and forming and practicing ur body for at least a decade or more. theres alot of work in break dancing dont kid yourself.

i practiced for 3 years and my bggest comnbo was flares to nutcrackers. which is fuckin nothin compared to the moves they were pulling.
