I'm not the MIDI expert, but I just don't know which one of these two is better. Please help.

I would go with the Evolution MK-149, with all the software(Evolution Sound Studio, Music Teacher, Keywest and Songplayer Software Pack)

it seems that MK 149 supports everything and has lots of awards so u can't go wrong with that one. what synth are u gonna hook it up to?
