Andy moor vocal effect

any one know how andy moor gets that stuttering effect out of his vocals. a prime example would be of his remix of hidden logic feat luminary - wasting. any help would be much appreciated

Also, you can try slicing the vocals to bits and rearranging them.

yeah the fact that no-ones knows makes his productions all the better. thats the way u become well known 4 having parts of a track that people havnt heard before.

well thats what i'm asking, in a lot of interviews he says he takes samples and chops them up and reverses them. every track of his has some kind of vocal in it.
