Congrats to U.S.A. on their win

They won the cup. I was thinking either team was going to win it in the 90 minutes of gametime. But I was wrong. Panama played a good game. It's just unfortunate how they missed in the PKs.

It was a good tournament for both teams. Again, congratulations to the US of A.

yeah great win, Its actually pretty rare to see USA win any cup so Im glad these group of guys finally won something.
Panama played tough today, they beat Colombia (a team made of subs) twice (even though theyre second win pissed me off, Panama played a little too dirty). But overall liked their hustle and defence.
This cup win came with a price cause alot of our players got injured going into the next qualifier.

congrats to the usa .. at least they win some team cup, seeing that they cant beat europe in basketball, latin america in baseball, anyone in tennis, and antarctica in hockey .. hahhaha .. kidding ..

the usa had a lot of defensive lapses during this game (and the tournament), but luckily keller came up big for us. i was surprised at how tough panama played because they didnt look that tough during WC qualifying. we didnt look like we were playing our best the last three games of the tourney. i can understand the 0-0 tie against costa rica but we looked sluggish against honduras for 75 minutes and today we could never capitalize on any of our opportunities. im happy with the results but i think we got a bit lucky.

was it me or was the stadium pretty empty? it looked like no one was in the upper deck.

congrats, but needing to go to penalti kicks to beat fucking panama.. that's not really a very good perfomance for a team who reached the world cup semis. anyway, i dunno how strong are panama so they could be on good form and hard to beat, who knows

Who gives a fuck anyways, USA wont go far in any World Cups because there is not alot of money involved in the U.S Soccer federation, you hardly see any american players play in big clubs in europe, and how the fuck do you expect to comepte with European and South American teams. I thought USA was gonna go far in the last world cup but neh, nothing will happend. USA just isnt for soccer.

i'd consider reaching the semi finals as going quite far

guys guys USA made it to the quarters and lost to Germany (we played better though, Donovan schooled the Germans)
not to mention we beat Portugal in that cup (sorry Paranoiko )
USA Soccer is only rising, I mean compare it to like 10+ years ago, now that was crappy.

well yeah you reached far but remember that year was a bad year for agrentina, freance, italy and some other world top teams, yeah yeah your getting better but still its really hard to compete with european and south american teams.

its really hard to compete with Brazil and Argentina. Germany got owned by Brazil. Also give the US like another two world cup tourneys and they will be better than all european teams except for Germ and Italy.

Well i dont follow Soccer anymore, its really hard to keep up when ur living in U.S but Ive always been a Dutch fan, and they have done good but cant seem to get to the finals, they are always stuck in that 3rd or 4th place, as for my born national team, fuck who cares they suck haha but yeah Id like to see U.S go far but i dont think they will, even though im suprised how much young people play soccer but then again YOU CAN COMPARE WITH EUROPE AND SOUTH AMERICA!

US won a tournament where the only other decent teams were Mexico, a Colombian B-Team and South Africa. That doesn't say anything really.
