you give him cash + a little extra, and he gives you food stamp cash, usually in 20's ..

Food stamps are the scourge of society.

Well maybe not, but they're annoying to deal with.

I work at a grocer and our customer base is primarily lower class. There are a few people who actually do need food stamps, on a temporary basis. But the people that live their whole damn life on them get on my tits. Especially when the majority of the shit that they buy is junk food. And for some reason all of the food stampers buy $200+ in food all at once, rather than budgeting it over the course of the month.
