Considering the fact that my dad just bought a repairable 2003 BMW Z4 that I've helped him work on. Yes to both questions. It handles like a dream and it's been one of the easiest things to work on. The body shop guy who we took it to for paint said that BMW's are some of the easiest cars to work on, too.
