Read This! Nintendo Music Available?

Does anyone know where to find Ninendo music?

I'm specifically looking for the music from Mega Man 3, it's awesome!

u could play the game or leave it running and record it just as anyone would rip a set.

Yes quite easily too my friend

All u need is zsnes

http://www.zsnes.com/

and a sound card that can record from programs that are open.

Look for *.spc files... I've got loads of tunes, although I can't remember exactly the name of the player I had other than Winamp (there's a plug-in).

The music in Mega Man 2 is better than the music in Mega Man 3.

Finally, someone agrees with me! I loved MM2 and most of the music, baring one of Wily's stages but the first wily stage with the dragon at the end is top notch.

check this website out it has all you want, some friends of mine look at it.

http://www.ocremix.org/

and they have mega man 2/3 whatever, just hit "m" at the top and scroll down.

Definitly one of the catchiest video game melodies ever. I've heard a few "techno" versions of it and a heavy metal guitar version too. They were incredible.

Posted by meneedit on Jul-26-2005 05:41:

well I must say this thread really caught my attention

I like:

-listening to music while playing PC games

and

-listening to video game music

more than all of you put together so

Great to see that there are also others that like the music of the old Mega Man Classics.

I must admit that I was even impressed by the music of my first Gameboy Megaman Adventures (maybe these are the melodies used also in the (S)NES games).

Posted by JasonThomas on Jul-26-2005 07:49:

F-Zero probably has my favorite music from any NES or SNES game. Hmm.. I think I'll give it a go right now.

RADICAL DUDE!

Posted by noonboy on Jul-26-2005 12:02:

say, if you're using zsnes, why don't you just dump the music to an spc-file?

Posted by Ondrayce on Jul-26-2005 14:11:

www.vgmusic.com has a huge list of MIDI tracks from games.
Here's where Mega Man is:

Not all of it is quality but they have a lot of content there.

I've done a few remakes of video games. And I've got my midi's from here.

http://www.midishrine.com/

Has video game midi's and even anime midi's.
They also have piano and guitar sheet music so you can play them on your instruments.

As someone already said.Go to http://www.ocremix.org/ .It's the best site for mp3 remakes of most games music

Posted by stevebutabi on Aug-01-2005 00:11:

thanks for the info, but aside from ripping the music from znes is there anywhere to download the actual mp3s from the game?

by the way, come on MM3 music > MM2 any day!!!

Oh man, didn't know I could find a topic like this on TA, a trance site totally adapted to trance and ohter electronic music.

Anyway, I LOVE Nintendo and ohter systems, I LOVE gaming.

Pretty much all of the Megaman games has KILLER music.

MM3, I'm the king of that game, it has so good music too
MM2, killer music

I'm sure you could make some good trance out of it somehow

Im a total Nintendo addict, as well.
