my friend typed this to me on instant messanger

When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet. When toast is dropped, it always lands butter-side-down. I propose to strap buttered toast to the back of a cat, butter facing up. The two will hover, spinning, inches above the ground. With a giant buttered-toast/cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.

your friends logic is wrong. Cats dont always land feet down. That just a common misconception

your friend is also plaguerizing.. it was printed in my paper here once and also is in this book i saw a few years back.. its cool though, no one cares! still a funny concept. PS my cat never lands on her feet.

Erm ... why don't u butter the slice of toast on both sides? Would be a lot easier...
